Our log home had not been treated on the outside in more than 30 years. We live in the northern panhandle of WV. After contacting several companies regarding restoration services and receiving no reply, I contacted Artisian Log USA. I received a message within a day and received a call from Rogelio. He explained the process of restoring our log home and also answered my questions. I sent pictures of our home and received a tentative breakdown of costs. Regelio then came to our home to see exactly what was needed to bring our home back to life. It was a very easy decision to have Regelio work on our home. He is very knowledgeable and extremely experienced at his work. Most of all his enthusiasm for his work is amazing! My wife and I are remodeling her grandfathers log cabin as our future home. Built over 20 years ago. Hardly ever treated. Infested with pests and insects. From day 1, he arrived got right to it, Worked the entire weekend and even in the rain. Super professional and extremely passionate about his craft. The process was extremely smooth with him giving constant updates and educating me on the importance of upkeep that comes with owning a log home. I had by Log Home Ranch style 1568 Sq Ft. Media Blasted, Treated, Sealed, and wood Pecker/Carpenter Bee damage repaired. I also had it stained and Clear put on. These guys go above and beyond on expectations. The attention to detail was awesome. They took their time, properly taped off windows and repaired all defects. After the Glass Blasting, they smoothed out all surfaces with an Osborne brush. I was kept in the Loop at all times, and even picked the final color, after a log was stripped, to see exactly what I was choosing. I will definitely use this company to maintain and keep my log home in the condition its in now. They are very knowledgeable and are hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone that wants perfection.

Master Log Home Restoration was an answer to our prayers! Rogelio and Tyler fixed log rot, helped with a carpenter ant issue, media blasted, treated the logs for pests and stained our home. They also sealed some areas and gave guidance on other things we’d like to do. Our home looks beautiful. They even gave us carpenter bee traps. They were kind, courteous and professional.
