Our log home had not been treated on the outside in more than 30 years. We live in the northern panhandle of WV. After contacting several companies regarding restoration services and receiving no reply, I contacted Artisian Log USA. I received a message within a day and received a call from Rogelio. He explained the process of restoring our log home and also answered my questions. I sent pictures of our home and received a tentative breakdown of costs. Regelio then came to our home to see exactly what was needed to bring our home back to life. It was a very easy decision to have Regelio work on our home. He is very knowledgeable and extremely experienced at his work. Most of all his enthusiasm for his work is amazing! Rogelio, Tyler and Christian showed up to work only a few weeks after our initial contact. Their work ethic is phenomenal! In 4 days our home looked great! My wife and I are remodeling her grandfathers log cabin as our future home. Built over 20 years ago. Hardly ever treated. Infested with pests and insects. We didn’t really know what to do since log houses are new to both of us. We called Artisan Log USA. We told them exactly what we wanted and they completely exceeded our expectations. Not only did they exceed our expectations, but finished the house in an amount of time we never thought was possible with 3 guys. From day 1, he arrived got right to it, Worked the entire weekend and even in the rain. Super professional and extremely passionate about his craft. The process was extremely smooth with him giving constant updates and educating me on the importance of upkeep that comes with owning a log home. His pricing is incredible for the quality of work you will receive. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looks for work to be done on their log home. Our only regret was not having enough funds to have him do our entire home. Cannot wait to get him back here in the future to continue transforming our home.

Rogelio Esteris has taken care of my log home for 10 years. Our harsh Florida weather is not good on a log home, but Rogelio's craftsmanship will extend the life of our home. I had by Log Home Ranch style 1568 Sq Ft. Media Blasted, Treated, Sealed, and wood Pecker/Carpenter Bee damage repaired. I also had it stained and Clear put on. These guys go above and beyond on expectations. The attention to detail was awesome. They took their time, properly taped off windows and repaired all defects. After the Glass Blasting, they smoothed out all surfaces with an Osborne brush. I was kept in the Loop at all times, and even picked the final color, after a log was stripped, to see exactly what I was choosing. I will definitely use this company to maintain and keep my log home in the condition its in now. They are very knowledgeable and are hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone that wants perfection.

Master Log Home Restoration was an answer to our prayers! Rogelio and Tyler fixed log rot, helped with a carpenter ant issue, media blasted, treated the logs for pests and stained our home. They also sealed some areas and gave guidance on other things we’d like to do. Our home looks beautiful. They even gave us carpenter bee traps. They were kind, courteous and professional. The job took a little longer than expected only because we cannot control Mother Nature. Master Log Home Restoration will be our first phone call when the house needs maintenance. This company does excellent work. They are reliable and dependable and most of all honest and trustworthy. They do quality work that last. I would not and do not want anyone else working on my log home. The owner is fantastic to work with and I consider him a friend of mine. I originally reached out to get advice on restoring my 40 year old log home. Rogelio had all the answers and was not pushy about any sales. I decided after talking to him he knew what he was doing and had him restore our home. The communication was excellent and was very transparent through the entire process. We had so many restoration companies come and tell us that our home was an impossible project. Some of them even told us to knock it down and start over. With in three days of Mr. Rogelio and his team being there, our home looked like a brand new log cabin. My grandmother still cries when she looks at. She wishes that my Grandfather could see the cabin. Mr. Rogelio made a promise and he kept his word. He treated our home like it was his home. I promised him a year ago I was going to write a review and unfortunately life happens and I haven’t got the chance. Well funny thing is… He called my grandmother last month and had his team come and do a warranty check free of charge and on them as they promised a year before. I felt so bad. He’s a good man and he has a good team. If you have any issue with your log cabin this is the guy you call hands down. I will only and always recommend master log home restoration.
