Great team! Efficient, professional, friendly. They did a beautiful job reconditioning our log home. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend these guys, Rogelio came and gave an estimate the same day I called. He thoroughly explains the whole process of what needed done and how they do it. They replaced a 20ft section of rotted log along my roofline, explained why it happened and how they will remedy the problem for the future. They were very meticulous about their work,it looks great.

I am very happy with the services provided by Artisan Log USA. Excellent communication, preparation and clean up can be expected from Rogelio and his crew. My log home was washed, carpenter bees treated, some bad wood replaced and sealed. The house looks great and would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

I couldn’t be happier with the work. From start to finish, Artisan Log USA was dedicated, thorough, and professional. They paid close attention to detail, communicated well throughout the project, and always treated us with courtesy and respect. The job site was kept clean and orderly every day, which I really appreciated. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, conscientious contractor. Thank you for a job well done!

Our log home had not been treated on the outside in more than 30 years. We live in the northern panhandle of WV. After contacting several companies regarding restoration services and receiving no reply, I contacted Artisian Log USA. I received a message within a day and received a call from Rogelio. He explained the process of restoring our log home and also answered my questions. I sent pictures of our home and received a tentative breakdown of costs. Regelio then came to our home to see exactly what was needed to bring our home back to life. It was a very easy decision to have Regelio work on our home. He is very knowledgeable and extremely experienced at his work. Most of all his enthusiasm for his work is amazing! Rogelio, Tyler and Christian showed up to work only a few weeks after our initial contact. Their work ethic is phenomenal! In 4 days our home looked great! They are very accommodating to our last minute requests I would highly recommend Artisian Log USA to anyone looking to revitalize their log home.

My wife and I are remodeling her grandfathers log cabin as our future home. Built over 20 years ago. Hardly ever treated. Infested with pests and insects. We didn’t really know what to do since log houses are new to both of us. We called Artisan Log USA. We told them exactly what we wanted and they completely exceeded our expectations. Not only did they exceed our expectations, but finished the house in an amount of time we never thought was possible with 3 guys. True example of hard work and craftsmanship from these guys and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you for bringing life back into this house. If anyone is looking for a company that will get the job done fast with great quality, it’s absolutely Artisan Log USA

Rogelio did an amazing job on our house and garage and 2 sheds we couldn’t be happier with his work. From each time he pulled in he got right to work and never stopped. Great work , great work ethics and very honest and helpful. Every aspect from prep to clean up was done great.

I cannot say enough great things about my man Rogelio. He is hands down one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen in action. From day 1, he arrived got right to it, Worked the entire weekend and even in the rain. Super professional and extremely passionate about his craft. The process was extremely smooth with him giving constant updates and educating me on the importance of upkeep that comes with owning a log home. His pricing is incredible for the quality of work you will receive. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looks for work to be done on their log home. Our only regret was not having enough funds to have him do our entire home. Cannot wait to get him back here in the future to continue transforming our home.

Rogelio Esteris has taken care of my log home for 10 years. Our harsh Florida weather is not good on a log home, but Rogelio's craftsmanship will extend the life of our home. He is always professional and honest. I feel confident that Rogelio will always tell me exactly what is needed and nothing more. He is a hard-worker, polite, and communicative.

Very friendly and helpful people. Professional and knowledgeable as to the work they do. House was completely blasted and cleaned. Fixed bug infestation and rotten logs. Then treated and resealed the entire house. Love the new house look

Very respectable person. Addressed any concerns i had immediately. Thankyou

Rogelio was very responsive and was able to get us a quote back quickly and scheduled the following week. He and his crew member worked efficiently and communicated with us throughout the process. The end product looks great and got us all sealed up before the colder weather sets in

Great guys. They do excellent work, only stopping for lunch. Very trustworthy. They work non stop, one of the best contractors I’ve had the pleasure of giving my work to. I’ve worked in the construction industry most of my life ( I’m 68) and these guys really are up there with the best. You can’t go wrong hiring them.

Anyone that has a log home that needs some attention, call these guys! Very knowledgeable on the products they use and they know how to get the job done right. They made our house look like brand new! Very easy to work with through the whole process. And best of all you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work

I had by Log Home Ranch style 1568 Sq Ft. Media Blasted, Treated, Sealed, and wood Pecker/Carpenter Bee damage repaired. I also had it stained and Clear put on. These guys go above and beyond on expectations. The attention to detail was awesome. They took their time, properly taped off windows and repaired all defects. After the Glass Blasting, they smoothed out all surfaces with an Osborne brush. I was kept in the Loop at all times, and even picked the final color, after a log was stripped, to see exactly what I was choosing. I will definitely use this company to maintain and keep my log home in the condition its in now. They are very knowledgeable and are hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone that wants perfection.

Master Log Home Restoration was an answer to our prayers! Rogelio and Tyler fixed log rot, helped with a carpenter ant issue, media blasted, treated the logs for pests and stained our home. They also sealed some areas and gave guidance on other things we’d like to do. Our home looks beautiful. They even gave us carpenter bee traps. They were kind, courteous and professional. The job took a little longer than expected only because we cannot control Mother Nature. Master Log Home Restoration will be our first phone call when the house needs maintenance. Rogelio kept us updated every step of the way. He not only answered questions but also could explain the why behind the answer. We are thrilled with the final results.

Rogelio and his guys did amazing work on my log cabin and board and Batton barn. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and finished product was excellent. They made repairs that were above and beyond the scope of work and charged no extra cost to me. Great work for the best price and results!
